Initially, All assignments will be reviewed by one of our experienced account managers. All information will be verified and processed and he or she will contact you if there are any questions regarding the information that you have supplied to us about the debtor.
Within a few hours, one of our professional, well trained field agents will receive an active repossession order and begin tracking the collateral immediately. Our field agents are responsible for submitting an initial field report no later than 24 hours after receiving the assignment and follow up reports every 48 hours.
Our account managers will review the findings and analyze the reports that have been supplied by the field agents and determine what further action will be needed for each individual assignment. For example, if the addresses provided have proven to be invalid, the assignment will be passed on to one of our skip tracers for further, more detailed investigation.
Throughout the entire investigation process we will keep you informed of our findings with accurate, detailed status reports via fax, e-mail, telephone or all three methods. And although we are trained professionals in our field, we encourage and welcome your input and suggestions regarding each assignment. We have found that working together with our clients as a team can often expedite our investigations and bring the quickest and best possible results.
Once we have successfully recovered the collateral you will be promptly notified by phone of all pertinent information, including the debtor's name, account number, date and time of repo, mileage, fees, etc. and within 24 hours a detailed condition report will be compiled and faxed or e-mailed to you. You will also have the opportunity to view a condition report and digital pictures of the collateral over the internet.
